Above and beyond expectations

Everything! Love the fact that you felt like you were surrounded in the center of Kingston yet still like NY, LA, or Miami. Then, the food was delicious. The staff was courteous; the holiday decor was electrifying and innovative; and lastly, bringing in the new year there was totally with complimentary champagne. . Just wonderful.

Absolutely superb experience.

Absolutely everything. Service was amazing. Facility was top notch. Rooms were always cleaned and stocked to our liking. There was not one individual that did not provided beyond excellent service.

Over all the stay was good. With a few improvements to the buffet temperature of the food and freshness would be great.

Location was close to the sports complex and food store.

Pool area was small. Wait time for the food was long and buffet breakfast was cold and pastries when not fresh. Not much food areas around to choose from. Activities for kids missing. No shopping items on property.

I think we will stick to our local hotels when visit JA. They are more attentive to our needs.

I like the area that it was in very convenient for what we where there for.

The fact that there was no room service. The fact that no one answered when I called the front desk to arrange a late check out. The breakfast we was given a wrong dish at first however it was quickly resolved. The coordination of your parking attendants needs to be more on the same page. The doorman seems to be dazed and not on point. There was a lot of workers there however it seems like they dont have much to do or dont know what to do!

Overall, the stay was good! Staff was courteous and very accommodating.

There was a slight misunderstanding with the breakfast being apart of my reservation, which was paid for through booking.com. Something just didn't populate on the hotel's end but in no time the supervisor rectified the matter.

I didn't like that the room was without a big standing mirror. I sure did make use of the one by the elevator though

One of the front desk employees gave my first and last name and also my room number out to her friend which is my boyfriend ex girlfriend AC management security Team had to move my room I really didn’t like that because my information was supposed to be kept confidential I’m still taking this matter up with my lawyer.
